I became interested in photography as a child when my father set up a darkroom in our home. After moving to Alaska ten years ago, I took pictures to document my hikes and adventures here. As with my sculptor father and his work, I take much of my inspiration from nature. The photographs are something I can take from this land while leaving no impact.
